Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During Holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations — please contact us at contactus@saltyheartstudio.com for inquiries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Fragile & Natural Items

Many of our products — including sea glass bags and curated shells — are natural items that vary in size, shape, and color. We pack each order with care, but please note that slight variations are part of the beauty of handpicked coastal pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Salty Heart Studio is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
